Listed price are for PERSONAL USE only. For Commercial commissions, the approximate price will be twice of the base price.

The client is free to repost the artwork they commissioned as long as they give due credit and link to any of my social networks.

Do not remove the artist's signature, heavily edit the artwork, or draw over the artwork without my written permission.

The client must let me know if they do not want their commissioned piece to be posted or used for my samples.

I do not support NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchains and other related technology, hence my works are prohibited from being used, sold and/or minted for any crypto related activities.

I have the rights to refuse requests without any explanation.

[NEW!] I do not allow editing, uploading and using all of my artwork, including commissions, Art AI regardless of form of usage.

Rush order is possible with a +50% fee cost.

Payment will be accepted in USD via Paypal (invoice) and Ko-fi only.

Payment must be fully paid upfront before I start on your commission.

Payment plan is only possible for orders $150 and up, with an upfront down payment of 50%. The remaining balance must be paid within 1 month.

Full refunds are only available if I haven't started on the order. 50% refund if it's in the sketch stage. Beyond that will be non refundable.

I reserve the right to refuse a refund after the work is completed/close to completion.

Once I accept your request, I will send a message to your preferred contact info provided containing the total price and breakdown of summation.

If your character references are text-only (small notes are fine), a mood board, or a mash up of (Google) images, this will be treated as a character design commission instead. The base price will start at $40+ (headshot) or $80+ (chibi). The breakdown is headshot/chibi base price + 50% fee + additional props (if any).

If you agree on the quoted price, an invoice will be sent to the Paypal email provided. You must pay within 24 hours. Extension can be discussed beforehand.

No payment after the time limit will result in cancellation of order. Three (3) repetition of cancellation without notice will result in blacklisting. (This will be considered as trolling and a waste of time.)

Priority will be given to those with completed payment. The client can ask for a WIP within the estimated turnaround time, but I also ask clients to please be polite and patient.

Client will receive (in order) 1) a rough sketch, and 2) a rough color blocking where they can ask for changes.

Changes that involves pose(s), an "alternative outfit" version, or adding props will incur fees depending on complexity and must be discussed. Changing facial expression is free. If there are changes not mentioned above, don't hesitate to ask me.

Once the commission is finished, one (1) minor edit will be considered, so please state clearly anything else needed or something I've missed.

The client will receive a link to Sta.sh or Google Drive containing the digital file of the commission, therefore no physical product of any kind will be sent.

Final product is a full-resolution PNG file at 300 dpi. No layered files or PSDs will be provided.

I have an 8-5 job so my allotted time working on art commission is limited to evenings on weekdays + Saturday only.

Messages and inquiries outside the form will only be treated as inquiries and not a guarantee or reservation in my work queue.
